Policies

   All appointments can be booked using the Book a Service Tab. My booking days are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday's. If you do not see availability on the booking calendar or an open time slot, feel free to reach out to me directly to see if the time & day can be accommodated. All new guests must fill out a pre-consultation form prior to booking an appointment. This helps ensure that your service is exactly is the correct service for your desired goal/result. 

On Site Travel is for Special Event services ONLY * There is a $50 fee for On Site Travel. 
 No Appointments will be booked without a specific time chosen and a received deposit. This ensures all other appointments do not become overbooked and travel time is accounted for. 
If you are in need of a Sunday appointment, they are available upon request only. Be advised that all Sunday appointments have a separate price list just for Sunday's.
All appointments require a deposit. All deposits are generated through the Fresha booking software and can vary based on the amount and quantity of services booked. The deposit will be deducted from the remaining balance due the day of the service. All deposits are NON refundable and are only transferable to a new date. If by unexpected circumstance's I need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be refunded or can be moved to a new date. 
      For all HAIR COLOR services, it is understood that any color received prior to coming to The Traveling Feather LLC, is not the result or responsibility of TTF. If any known allergies, medications, skin sensitivities, or ingredient allergies are not discussed prior to the appointment, TTF is not responsible for any reactions, chemical reactions or ailments. PLEASE inform TTF of any known allergies, medications, skin sensitivity, ingredient allergies etc.
      For all HIGHLIGHTING/BLEACHING services, it is understood that any prior lightening performed before TTF is not the result or responsibility of TTF. All of the following prior services can result in uneven color, chemical reactions, chemical burns and/or metallic salts : Relaxers, Henna, Box Dye, Permanent Straighening Treatments, Overprocessing, Hair Surgeries/Fillers, etc. If you have received any of these PLEASE inform TTF Prior to your service.
There is a NO kids/additional person's policy. This is designed with everyone's safety and well being in mind. If you require someone to assist you for your appointment and/or are bringing a minor to an appointment please notify me when booking your service. 
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason including emergencies, 48 hours should be given when cancelling if applicable. If cancellation occurs past the 48 hours a $50 cancellation fee is required.

If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, kindly give 48 hours notice. If 48 hours notice is not given before rescheduling a $25 rescheduling fee is required and can be used as an additional deposit for your next appointment date. Any deposits that were already given prior to the appointment are NON refundable only transferable to a new or other appointment. 
 All payments MUST be paid at the time of service. Any payments not received at the time of service  will result in a $25 late payment fee. Refusing to pay for your service will result in the banning of future servicing. 
 All guests are kindly asked to arrive on time for their appointment. If you arrive 10 minutes later than your appointment, there is a $25 late fee and your appointment can be subject to cancellation.
         All payments can be made via Credit Card through the Fresha booking App, Cash, Venmo or Zelle.

Gift Certificate's can only be purchased in person at this time. All gift certificates can be paid in cash or through the Fresha booking App. You will receive a physical Gift Certificate to present at the time of your appointment. 
 Returning guests receive Loyalty and Birthday promotion's and discounts. This is a special thank you for your continued support and business. Any referred guests will receive $10.00 and so will the guest who is referring them. 
          By reading these listed policies it is understood that you acknowledge and agree to ALL policies for The Traveling Feather Hair & Makeup Co.
