FAQ
What are I-Tip Extensions?
I-Tip Extensions are a type of hair extension where an individual hair strand latches onto natural hair using flattened seamless micro-beads and silicone cylinders. This extension method lasts between 6-10 weeks depending on at home maintenance and is the most gentle due to its non adhesive application. This method is not recommended for baby fine hair due to fine hair's natural softness and inability to hold on to the bead long term.
What are K-Tip Extensions?
K-Tip Extensions are a type of hair extensions where an individual hair strand is heat fusion applied to natural hair using a Keratin bond which is the natural occurring protein in hair. This extension method lasts the longest due to its durability from heat fusion bonding. It is easily removed and glides out during the removal process. This method is recommended for all hair types.
How often do I need to purchase hair?
I-Tip hair extensions are recommended to be repurchased once a year due to its ability to be reused with each installation. However, if you live a very active lifestyle, swim often, sweat often or partake in activities that will cause environmental destress, it is possible to need to repurchase sooner. K-Tip extensions are recommended to be repurchased each time you are reinstalling. Being that the K-Tip's last the longest and are applied with keratin bond adhesive, they are not reusable once they are removed.
